POSSIBLE CAUSES Solutions:

The flame is weak

and goes out

 The pellet hopper is emptying

 Low pellet load

 Unsuitable pellet

 Fill the hopper

 Increase the pellet load

following the instructions in

section 4.10

 Remove the unsuitable

pellet from the hopper and

exchange it with one

recommended by the

manufacturer

The room fan does

not stop

 The stove is cooling down

 Temperature probe faulty

 Wait for the structure to

cool

 Replace the faulty

component

The room fan is not

working

 The temperature has not reached the

minimum ignition limit

 The thermal protection has triggered

due to fan overheating

 Fan faulty

 Wait for the structure to

cool

 Check for any

impediments in the fan

rotation

 Replace the faulty

component

The room fan is not

regulated by knob A

 The stove has reached the room temperature

set by knob B and automatically modulates at

minimum

 Control panel faulty

 Increase the temperature
